Iโ€™m excited to share my latest newsletter with you, where I reflect on two significant events coming up on October 10th: World Mental Health Day and the International Day Against Capital Punishment. Both of these causes hold deep personal meaning for me, and I hope they resonate with you too.

In the newsletter, I touch on the importance of mental health, something that recently hit close to home. Through my own experience, Iโ€™ve come to understand how vital it is to seek support when needed, and I encourage everyone to prioritize their well-being. You can read a bit more about my journey in the newsletter or the older one that was sent couple of weeks ago.

I also discuss the International Day Against Capital Punishment (Death Penalty), a day dedicated to advocating for the value of human life. Itโ€™s a reminder that justice should always be about upholding the dignity and worth of every person. This day serves as a powerful call to reflect on how we can create a system that values life and offers second chances.

If youโ€™re interested in learning more about both of these important topics and how they connect to our lives, be sure to register for the newsletter. Itโ€™s an opportunity for all of us to reflect, engage, and start conversations that can lead to meaningful change.

Stay tuned, and thank you for your continued support!

Warm Regards,
Raha
